I have this cookbook a little 'back and does not use it as often as I should, but it is one of my favorites. The 5-minute pizza crust recipe alone is worth the price. This is a cookbook for ordinary people who are not more than three hours until dinner time and a lot of unusual ingredients and expensive. We are not vegetarian, but I wanted to be able to prepare tasty vegetables (which my children will eat) and less meat. I ordered a vegetarian cookery book at the same time and I tookreally appreciate.
