The holder does a nice job of holding the paper towels firmly on the large post and the small post helps with tearing the towels off at the perforations. There is a “click” stop to prevent the towels unrolling if you pull too firmly. Appearance is neat and clean, good, “heavy” feel to it.
The first one arrived quickly but slightly damaged but return was easy, postage prepaid, and credit applied quickly. Second, replacement item arrived very quickly.
Price is reasonable.
